Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order and custom-printed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or incorrect size/color selections.
Damages and Issues
The only exception to our "no return" policy is if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at artworkshellys@gmail.com if there is an issue. To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number.

Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
Once we evaluate the issue and confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As our products fall under the category of custom-made or clearly personalized goods, they are exempt from standard return policies under consumer protection laws. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Please note that according to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since all items in our store are custom-printed upon your order, they fall under this exception and are non-returnable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
